Meet Our Officers and Board of Directors

About Us

The Board of Directors for the MidAtlantic Cardiovascular Foundation first met in January 2005.  Some very prominent leaders in the Baltimore area have volunteered to serve on the Board of Directors for the Foundation because they share the passion and vision that our physicians have in wanting to do more for patients in need.

Dr. Kerry Prewitt is an interventional cardiologist and Director of Coronary Interventions at MidAtlantic Cardiovascular Associates.  He serves as the Director of Education for the Foundation and coordinates numerous educational presentations for physicians, nurses and the community.  Dr. Prewitt is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Interventional Cardiology and Endovascular Medicine.  He is a Fellow in the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association and the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Intervention.
